Financing Guidelines

For financing all you need is:
(1) Two current Paystubs or If Self-Employed 2 months current bank statements.
(2) Proof of residence (A utility bill: power, water, gas, phone etc.)
(3) Five references: (from Friends and Family members)
(4) Driver's License or State ID

Note: We also accept Social Security Income, Unemployment Income or Job Letter as proof of income
